We hope you all had a lovely festive season – we certainly had a great time at the Pathhead Choir & Community Singers Christmas Concert as summed up by one member; “Singing in the concert was so much fun! We must do this every year!”. Your wish is our command and so we plan to run it again next Christmas. The raffle also raised £137 for the Pathhead Youth Project Talent Show 2015, so that’s great news for the village, thanks to all those who bought tickets.
The Family Ceilidh on 4 January made for a nice way to end the holidays and it was great to see all the generations on the dance floor. We raised around £250 towards the 2015/16 Scholarship and Bursary Fund which is enough for one bursary but we still need to raise more so watch this space for details of our next fundraising event.
Please see below for information on what we are all up to at the moment including lots of Celtic Connections gigs as well as plenty of events happening locally. So whether you go west or stay local have a safe and prosperous January.
Very best wishes
