The Bevvy Sisters – Mixing equal measures of sweetness and sass, grit and glamour, heartbreak and hilarity – cut with a dash of potent Scottish spirit – The Bevvy Sisters’ wide-ranging repertoire of vintage, contemporary and original songs, interweaving genres from country to jazz, gospel to indie-pop, stand out from the crowd in both style and substance. Their signature musical cocktail is more intoxicating than ever: pure vocal magic, distilled to the power of three.
Ted’s Shirt – Singer & guitarist Ross Mitson and bassist Tom Lyne formed Ted’s Shirt as an off-shoot of the band ‘Men Without Heads’. A regular staple on the Amsterdam blues and rock scene in the 1990’s, they play a choice selection of party favourites to fuel the dance floor blowout marking the end of a fantastic day of music and events. Tom and Ross will be joined by drummer Mattie Foulds and other special guests.
This is a ‘Music In The Heid’ event, part of Midfest 2013.
